Mr. Besenius has 38 years of experience in the global investment banking and securities industry.

Prior to founding Creative Global Investments LLC in 2002, he held positions in New York as executive director with Banca IMI/San Paolo Securities, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Lehman Brothers, Smith NewCourt and Deutsche Bank Securities, where he was responsible for developing and managing their respective international institutional equities sales divisions for the US, Canada and Latam.

During those 20 years of his career in the US, Mr. Besenius has been responsible for the successful distribution for the US tranches of more than 450 equity capital markets transactions (IPO’s, secondary offerings, debt/convertible offerings and private placements) with origination on 5 continents and in over 40 countries, and totaling over US$ 325 Billion in market capitalization raised. Besides, Mr. Besenius managed more than 200 US & Canadian institutional investor roadshows with C-level executives of global publicly listed companies and more than 250 US & Canadian institutional investor roadshows with inhouse analysts, economists and strategists. Mr. Besenius also organized and managed various global industry conferences and symposiums with participants ranging from C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies to top level government officials and top global Institutional investors and asset allocators.

Mr. Besenius started his career in the financial services industry in Luxemburg in 1983 with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant, servicing European institutional investors in various product areas (Forex, fixed income, equities & mutual funds) before he moved to the US.

As a respected industry veteran Mr. Besenius has been published in Barron’s Magazine, the NY Times, Forbes, Fortune Magazine, The WallStreet Transcript, Tech Fortune, Street Insider, Private Debt Investor, Business Week, Nasdaq Investor, Silicon investor, The Globe and Mail, Times of India and Handelsblatt. He has also been a regular guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and other financial news networks in the US and Europe.

Mr. Besenius is a founder and board director of several companies in the US and Europe, such as Chairman of the board of Debt Remedy of America Inc., an Orlando, FL based debt settlement company, also as Director of the Board of ElaborX, a Swiss based MTS stock exchange, and as board Director of SWAG, a financial services company in St. Gallen, Switzerland.  Mr. Besenius serves on the advisory board of Livento Group, a US based Investment Manager and currently advises various companies in the US and Europe such as Labcanna and Eveil Sante.

Mr. Besenius studied Economics and Corporate Finance in Europe and the US. He is perfectly fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish, and conversational in Spanish.
