Mr. Lehmann was born in Russia and grown up in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In 1992 he moved to Germany.

His professional career Mr. Lehmann began in 1994 as a Project Manager for Russia & CIS at IBD Rohstoff und Außenhandels GmbH, Mainz, Germany.

In 1997 after finishing his business study he joined multinational pharmaceutical company Hoechst Marion Roussel, (transformed into Aventis in 2000, today Sanofi) where he held various positions in Finance and Controlling, Central & Eastern Europe Management, Purchasing and Demand Management departments.
During his period Mr. Lehmann was also involved in a global Supply Chain Optimisation and Planning Excellence project. Being a core team member, he implemented business processes and the new software (SAP/APO) for the production planning for the company's main products in the key markets (Germany, UK, USA, Japan, Italy, France).

In 2007 Mr. Lehmann joined Lamberti Deutschland GmbH (part of Lamberti Group, Italy) as Regional Director for Russia & CIS with the target to start and build the Lamberti business in Russia & CIS countries. Main focus was done on ceramics and oil sector (well drilling). The same year he was relocated from Germany to Moscow, Russia.
In 2010 Mr. Lehmann became the General Director of Lamberti Rus, LLC (Russian subsidiary of Lamberti Group, Italy). As the General Director he had a full responsibility of the company's management and its business activities in Russia and CIS countries. He was responsible for P&L, marketing, sales, finance, personnel, production localization and the local business strategy. Being in this position Mr. Lehmann has built an efficient and successful sales structures, including through distributors, implemented company IT management systems and adopted the corporate values and policies, processes and technological standards.
